Off-site Camp Rental
The Log House:
The Log House is available June 29 through September 15 and is located off of Pinehurst Road, a quarter of a mile from Camps’ main entrance. This woodland cabin is perfect for a bit of seclusion while still enjoying the close proximity to Camp life. With a minimum occupancy of four, this fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin includes a well-equipped kitchen, wood stove, large screened-in porch, and outdoor deck.

Peak season includes:
WiFi, dock access in Camp, organized activities, and use of all recreational facilities, including clay tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball courts, and ball field.
Dining Hall access: Meals are available by request on a daily basis for an additional fee. Breakfast is $14.00, lunch $17.00, and dinner $27.00 per person. All rates are subject to New Hampshire Rooms and Meals Tax of 8.5%.
General Information
Reservations are made outside of RDC’s traditional reservation process and booked on a weekly basis during peak season and daily basis during off-season. Overage rates apply beyond minimum occupancy.
Arrival and Departure times: To allow staff enough time to properly clean, and sanitize accommodations, check-in time is after 4 p.m. and check out is no later than 10 a.m.
Reservation Deposits: Full payment is due within 14 days from the date of your confirmation letter. We do not accept credit cards. Cash or check only.
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund if you cancel 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund if you cancel 14 days prior to arrival.
- No refund if you cancel 7 days prior to arrival.
New Hampshire Rooms and Meals Tax of 8.5% is added to lodging and meal charges.
Overage Charges: Log House rental accommodates guests beyond the 4-person minimal occupancy; such persons are charged a Weekly Overage Rate or Daily Overage Rate.
The rate for children ages 3-9 is 50% off the Overage Rates. There is no overage charge for children under 3 years of age.
Log House:
Weekly: $910.00 Daily: $130.00
Boat Rentals: Weekly boat rentals are available. You may request rental preferences on your reservation request form.
Dock Access: Log House has seasonal private dock access in Camp during your stay.
Pet Policy: Dogs are only allowed in camp during Dog Days week.
Log House – Two dog maximum, $150 one-time cleaning fee. Dogs are allowed in the house.
Kennels are available in the surrounding area.
WI-FI
Wi-Fi access is available, but the network is not guaranteed to work all the time. Service in our remote area can be unpredictable.

Off-site Camp Rental
The next day we took a bag lunch to Loon Island. This trip was really special because we saw nesting eagles on Little Loon Island. We watched a loon diving for his lunch as well as hearing many birds.
